TQM Consult is founded in early 90s in Turin, in the heart of one of Italy primary industrial area and the principal domestic automotive industry, specialized in the field of standardized Management Systems and Corporate Management Control, mainly for SMEs. Over the following years, TQM expertise expands and develops across all industrial sectors ranging from Chemical to Aerospace, from Boating to Railways, from Healthcare to Food.

TQM Consult grows nationwide up to managing more than 100 employees in 14 locations and delivering projects to over 3,000 customers.

In 2001 TQM Consult become part of the French multinational consultancy firm Altran that shortly after will group a series of specialized companies under Altran Italia.

Between 2001-2005 a new business area is launchedin relation to projects developed for Italian and foreign Big Companies.

From 2005 to 2010, additional consultancy services are structured and developed in the field of Engineering,Organization and Strategy until the final integration phase (2010–2014) within Altran Italia for complete business merge.

In July 2014,an accurately devised management buy-out from Altrancomes true: TQM becomes independent again and under the name of TQM Holding Srl (exclusive owner of the TQM Consult® brand) qualifies itself as proficient interpreter of today’s market changes and response to innovation, never closing its eyes to the theme of sustainability. The extent of consultancy services within the Engineering, Organization and Strategy,and more recently Digital Transformation is still incrementing.

In 2015 TQM obtains UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification for the design and delivery of Consultancy and Training projects.

Along its 30-year life, a key role for TQM’s market position has always been played by the specific expertise and the extensive managerial and strategic competence. This could have never worked without a reliable and efficient consultant network also counting on several valuable national and international partners.
