Since the consulting activity began, company’s acquired client portfolio has grown plentifully, encompassing some of the biggest players operating in sectors, such as Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Railway System Integration, Healthcare, and ICT, by whom TQM is periodically invited to advise on implementing the utmost in terms of management systems, organizational renewal, quality engineering methodology and technology innovation across their business management and production processes.

Therefore, a continuous need for competent professional support arises every time an organisational change or a new project launch require new processes, process re-engineering, new technologies, and adequate personnel training programs to be assessed, designed, implemented, monitored and optimized.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

From in-house consulting across a wide variety of specialized activities to audits for compliance to standardized Management Systems or Product/Process Standards, TQM professionals can leverage their competence and expertise to deal successfully with the most diverse and challenging requests of customers, always standing out for their high level of adaptiveness and full involvement throughout the problem-solving activity.

Simply put, we have the opportunity to work on differtent projects in relatively short periods of time. This results in a natural professional booster to one’s skills and personal experience portfolio, gifting him/her with a unique know-how gain, acquired while making the difference in customers’ leading-edge businesses.

FRAMEWORK

TQM consultants are sometimes assigned to big clients/projects while other times have to organise their week agenda for multiple tasks and clients. Our colleagues possess a high grade of ability in activity planning and a good self-management to constructively liaise with customer assignees and other team components.

The wide set of risk assessment techniques, improvement methodologies and knowledge of the International Standards we daily apply must be in our skillset and are thoroughly passed and detailedly taught from seniors to juniors, both through periodical internal classes and by training on-the-job.

Depending on their experience and level of preparation and independency, new colleagues initially spend some time working abreast of one or more experienced project leaders and then, if what Tao wrote is true: “…when the student is ‘truly’ ready, the teacher will disappear”, they can be formally assigned of challenging tasks directly at clients’ premises and plants.

[TOP-TIER!!] Electric Vehicles/Vehicle, Electrification/Batteries for Vehicle Propulsion, Autonomous Driving, Technical/Managerial Manufacturing Eng./Technologist, Industrial Component Designer, Risk Assessment techniques (e.g. DFMEA, PFMEA), Root Cause Analysis (e.g. Kaizen/St. Kaizen)

·       Master Degree/MSc: Electrical Eng/Automotive Eng/Aerospace Eng/Electrical Eng, Electronics Eng/Informatics,

·       Languages: You have full professional proficiency in Italian and English, French is a plus.

·       Location: NW Italy. Opportunity to travel around Italy and Europe are recurrent.

·       Communication skills: able to speak to stakeholders at varying levels in an organisation. Careful listening.

·       Organisational skills: high attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently on tasks, escalating when needed.

·       Project Management skills: able to participate actively to the creation of implementation plans for solution delivery on client’s projects.

·       Client-oriented: You fully understand the urgency of action for the client.

·       Self-management skills: Ability to manage assigned projects and create your own agenda with due lookahead and flexibility.

·       A true passion for problem-solving is a MUST – you cannot sleep if something is escaping your analysis.
